• There will be 5 lanes, measuring 500 feet long by 18 feet wide, with a designated turnaround point at 500, 1000, and 1500 feet respectively. 

  Total distance traveled will be 2000 feet.

  Maximum number of heats will be 10 with each heat consisting of 5 competitors. (50 competitors maximum)

  Crosses will be 12’ tall by 6’ wide and weigh 160lbs at the crossbeams. 

  Top three Male finishers and Top three Female finishers will be award a cash prize.
